A great team work at this Salem, MA location, not only friendly and professional, but you could feel a very respectful working environment, and also transpired in the quality of a great service. The "Team" is working together to deliver the best experience to us, the client. Great Job, rare enough to be highlighted. Thanks

people waiting on the premises for their vehicles. I would also appreciate it if you installed some kind of air filtration system; the smell of tires is simply too strong. You folks who work there may be accustomed to it, but for customers, it feels somewhat toxic. For some clients, there is no other option but to remain on-site while waiting for their vehicles; therefore, please take steps to ensure that their wait is a bit more pleasant. Thank you.

All of the gentlemen here were extremely kind, helpful, understanding, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. They put in a lot of hard work and gave me amazing advice. They’re very generous and very easy/fun to talk to. I would advise anyone to come here for their services. They put in the work and it definitely shows. 10/10 for every single person I got to talk to this past Saturday/sunday (May 30th & 31st).

These guys were great, I was really bracing for upselling and crazy prices but nah. I pulled up on a Saturday expecting it to be packed but they got me in, looked at what I told them about and they fixed just that. I got a call maybe an hour after dropping my car off and the guy told me the price and explained all the components to it and why, even suggested a coupon online to help me out. Car was done maybe two hours later, which was really convenient since I was leaving for a road-trip the next day. They're decent at what they do and they do it quick.

Great customer service! The technicians clearly explain what the issue is and what they’re doing to fix it. I appreciate the ability to make an appointment online and how they provide you with a live tracker while your vehicle is in the shop. Price wise, I find them comparable to others in the area, and the corporate coupons available on the website are always an option. Thank you for such great service!
